Q: What is a “fresh squad”?
A: A “fresh squad” is a team with at least 2 members that have not bowled in the tournament since 2016.
Q: Who gets free jerseys?
A: The promotion is to welcome new or returning bowlers to the tournament. New teams that register between now and December 31, 2019, and include a minimum of two (2) bowlers who have not competed at the tournament since 2016 in order to qualify for the jerseys.
Q: How do I enter?
A: Entry is a two (2) step process. Both steps must be completed in order to qualify:

- Enter your team online at REG.BOWL.com or by calling the Tournaments team at 888.910.2695 Option 1
Q: When can I enter?
A: New teams must complete both registration steps between October 21, 2019 and December 31, 2019 in order to be eligible.
Q: What if I submit my registration during a holiday when the USBC office is closed? Will I still qualify?
A: The online registration options (form above and REG.BOWL.com) will allow you to enter instantly, ensuring your entry time is verifiable. For phone entries, these must be received by the close of business (5:00pm Central) on December 31, 2019 in order to qualify.
Q: Why do I have to register for the promotion separately? Why is it not automatic?
A: Participation in the promotion is optional, and includes information not included in the tournament registration form. Therefore, a separate registration is needed to opt-into and fulfil the promotion.
Q: I’ve already entered my teams, and I have two or more “new” bowlers. Can I receive jerseys?
A: We are excited to have you join us again this year! Only new teams registered between now and December 31, 2019, are eligible for the free jerseys. This promotion is to help welcome these bowlers back to the tournament at a point in the registration process where only limited dates and squad times are available.
Q: How do I get my free jerseys?
A: (1) Register both for the promotion and for the tournament. (2) Submit your final roster a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled team date. (3) USBC staff will verify that your team meets the eligibility requirements. (4) Jerseys will be delivered to you when you check-in onsite at the tournament.
Q: Can I get a different size jersey at the tournament?
A: Jerseys will be ordered based on the sizes indicated in the registration form. Requests for sizes that differ from what was submitted on the form can be accommodated dependent on the available inventory at the time. We cannot guarantee that a different size will be available.
